Flower Workshop

Virtual Guided Spiritual Journeys with Divine Flowers from Around the World

Together, we create a deep and intimate relationship with the wise consciousness of a Sacred Flower Teacher. Our entry into the nature realm is inspired by the ancient systems and traditions of the Peruvian Shamans.

The Sacred Flowers have been evolving on Earth for millions of years. They are our spiritual elders, wise teachers, and enlightened healers and have been guiding humanity through the ages.

These journeys include wisdom and insight from spiritual traditions of antiquity. From Ancient Egypt to the Greek Mystery Schools, and from the secrets of Asia to the magic of the Middle East, for these Flowers have played important roles in them all.

These experiences can be amazingly healing in body, mind, and spirit. Each Sacred Flower Teacher holds the medicine you need to expand and refine your connection to Heaven and Earth, to The Divine and to Yourself.

Sacred Flower Master Teacher Plants

Rose

Rose is the Queen of the highest realms of Nature and is prominent in every spiritual tradition throughout the ages. She appears to us as the Archetypal Mother, the Divine Feminine, the heart healer. The flower itself is measured to vibrate at 320 MHz, the highest frequency of any tangible thing on the planet. When dieting the spirit of Rose, she teaches us to embody that divine frequency. And that frequency is love, especially self-love. She shifts patterns of lack of support and removes traumas of all kinds that relate to disconnection from receiving and giving love. She helps to replace fear with trust and security. She is especially adept at removing sexual trauma on the physical, mental, and emotional levels.

Medicinally, Rose is mildly sedative, antiseptic (for wound cleaning), anti-inflammatory, and anti-pathogenic (bacteria, virus, parasites). It is also a mild laxative, a good supportive tonic for the heart, and effective for lowering cholesterol. It can regulate menstruation and work as an aphrodisiac.

Blue Lotus

If Rose is the Queen, Blue Lotus is the King of the most divine spaces in Nature. The great teacher of death and rebirth, Blue Lotus is intimately connected with the sun and the water, helping to teach balance between quiet and action, ascension and grounding. He balances and heals masculine sexual energy and teaches the outward expression of love; the unconditional love of the Archetypal Father. Dieting Blue Lotus helps to expand brain waves and rebuilds neural pathways out of judgment of self and others and into compassion and kindness. There is great movement toward molecular alignment for physical body healing and DNA and gene expression correction.

Blue Lotus is a visionary plant, opening the energetic third eye with pineal gland activation making it a meditation enhancer. It is a mood enhancer and contains chemicals that create both euphoria and feelings of calm. Hence, it has been used to relieve anxiety, depression, and insomnia. It is very high in antioxidants so is considered a whole-body health tonic, lowering risks for chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancer. It too is an aphrodisiac.

Lavender

When we diet Lavender, we invite our inner child to come out to play, engage with the world, and take center stage for some profound healing of the emotional body. Lavender gently addresses chronic fight or flight by detoxing irrational fears we may have developed in childhood. She encourages joyfulness and playfulness, and freedom. This is often done through Lavender’s lessons of forgiveness and releasing the desire to be right.

Lavender has a long history of medicinal uses and is suggested to have anticonvulsant, anti-depressive, anti-anxiety, sedative, and calming properties. It is also antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and a pain reliever. In folk medicine, it has also been used to help digestive problems, headaches, acne, other skin conditions, and hair loss.

Mimosa

The Mimosa or Acacia tree is all about protection, but outside of duality or any need to defend or fight. Instead, she is a powerful presence who holds you in an impenetrable, unshakeable pillar of light. She is a sacred tree who holds the key to astral travel. For those who are ready to expand energetically, she can open access to stars and planets and the higher wisdom stored there. She holds for us strong energetic boundaries and is a helpful ally for healers, therapists, and doctors. She, like the other Master Teacher Flowers, balances and elevates the lower chakras, fostering sexual empowerment, while removing programs of shame, repression, or exploitation.

In folk medicine, Mimosa has been traditionally used to calm anxiety, relieve depression, and a sense of isolation, especially in the elderly. It helps with gastric problems, cuts and wounds, and dispels nightmares. Mimosa is powerful at protecting from negative energies and attracting love. It has been said to help your dreams come true.

Jasmine

The soft and sensual spirit of Jasmine holds the wisdom of the cycles of nature. She connects us deeply with the primordial creation energy of the ocean and the moon, the wind and the earth. She transcends time, being the maiden, mother, lover, and grandmother or the son, warrior, father, and grandfather simultaneously. She recalibrates the brain and rebuilds the light body by harnessing the depths of the dark night, guiding you effortlessly through your shadow work. She teaches you how to love the parts of you that you don’t like.

The medicinal qualities of Jasmine include antidepressant, creating an uplifted feeling of calm, positivity, as well as sedative, helping with stress, anger, and anxiety. Like the other flowers, Jasmine increases blood flow and acts as an aphrodisiac for both men and women. However, for women, it also balances and supports all challenges related to menstruation, menopause, pregnancy, and nursing. On the physical level, it is anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial and has also been used for liver disease, liver pain, abdominal pain, and cancer treatment.

Flower Dieta Workshop Experience

The experience portion of the dieta is the supportive email program, guided meditations, and other tools that you receive to aid you in your individual at-home journey.

Unlike the Jungle Workshop experiences, which sequentially build upon each other each time you do a jungle plant dieta with us, the Flower Workshop is built to provide a specific and tailored experience dedicated to each flower.

Each flower’s experience is built around a theme that is inspired by the flower’s cultural traditions and spiritual history. The emails and guided meditations will reflect these themes.

All five flowers are offered during each Divine Flower Dieta Workshop. Choose one of the five flowers from the list above to work with.

Unlike the Jungle Dieta Workshop, there are no requirements to eliminate food or behaviors.
